Arbell Carter was born on 25 Apr 1902 in Okeechobee, Okeechobee, Florida, USA as the fifth child of James Sandlan Carter and Isabel Lowe. She died on 28 Aug 1994 in Okeechobee, Okeechobee, Florida, USA.
She had four siblings, namely: Euela born on 28 May 1903 and died on 24 Jan 1997, James R born about 1906, Henry about 1908, and Arizona born on 18 May 1908 and died on 24 Jan 2003.
Arbell married Walter Charles Raulerson about 1919 and had seven children. She married Harley Raulerson in 1955 and had no children.

Carter-Yates

    Annie Laura Carter was born on 13 Mar 1914 as the first child of James Sandlan Carter and Polly Ann Yates. She died on 10 Aug 2009 in Okeechobee, Okeechobee, Florida.
    She had six siblings, namely: Oleta P born on 14 Jan 1917 and died on 19 Nov 2002, Hattie born on 25 May 1919 and died on 21 Jan 1987, James Sandlan born on 16 Sep 1922 and died on 01 Mar 1970, Kelley Cecil born in 1926, Curtis Junior born on 14 Mar 1927 and died on 06 Jun 1982, and Doris Bernice born on 17 Sep 1928 and died on 13 Jul 2009.
    Annie married Ralph Edward Tyson in 1931 and had four children. She married Joseph Huston Tripp in 1947 and had two children.

Lowe-Yates

Robert Luther Lowe was born on 08 Aug 1908 in Bassinger, Florida, USA as the first child of Washington Lowe Jr and Polly Ann Yates. He died on 13 Oct 1979 in Okeechobee County, Florida, USA.
